Privacy: We will not sell or rent your name or email address to anyone, ever. All payment is made with your credit card via PayPal secure payment processing.

Registration: As part of the registration process, you will select a password and enter an email address. You may not select or use an email address of another person with the intent to impersonate that person, use an email address in which another person has rights without such person's authorization, or use an email address that arsitenet.com, in its sole discretion, deems offensive. Failure to comply with the foregoing shall constitute a breach of these Terms of Service, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

You shall notify us of any known or suspected unauthorized use(s) of your account.

Responibility: Teachers (account holders) have the ability to delete all the ArtSite content including Museum, Gallery, and Portfolio pages and ArtSearch website links. They also have complete control over all their student records including registration information. Teachers are completely responsible for any information they share with their students via the ArtSite Museum and ArtSearch as well as the resulting Portfolio and Gallery pages created by their students. Leaning Post Productions and artsitenet.com have no liability regarding any information entered, shared, printed, or otherwise distributed among teacher and students for any reason.

Teachers are also responsible for the access code entered by students for registration purposes. Any fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise illegal activity may be grounds for termination of your account at artsitenet.com's sole discretion.

Software: You shall have no rights to the proprietary software and related documentation, or any enhancements or modifications thereto, provided to you in order to access ArtSite. You may not copy, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the ArtSite application.

Copyright: ArtSite is protected by United States Copyright Law and International Treaty provisions.

The pre-loaded art and the descriptions from museum web sites are copyrighted by the museums, artists, or Leaning Post Productions. ArtSite is for educational use only. Pages and images cannot by printed or otherwise extracted for any commercial purposes including any theatrical, televised, or public display or performance, or the extraction in whole or in part, of any Images, without the permission of the copyright holder or their representatives.
